Local Hunter Completes Grand Slam
Posted by lowcountryhunting on May 8, 2008
Congratulations go out to my friend and fellow Salkehatchie QDMA board member Michael Greene who just returned from Montana where he killed a Merriam’s turkey to complete his grand slam.
Michael runs Greenefield Hunting Club as well as works for Morrison Forestry, and he sent these pictures of his trip out West. I hope to get the full story out of him soon in addition to some of his other grand slam kill pictures.
It looks like he and his buddy had a great trip, enjoyed some amazing scenery and killed a couple of fine birds. It also looks like they had some inclement weather t
o deal with!
