The County Line Restaurant and Bar – Part II

In my last post on the County Line, I forgot to mention that I could personally vouch for the private restaurant and it’s food.
Owner David Rowell is also the Banquet Chairman and founding board member of our QDMA Salkehatchie Branch. He really helped get our first two meetings organized as well as fixed a ton of unbelievable food. You can see all of us sitting at his huge tables talking deer management during the branch founding in October. We will also be holding our QDMA Salkehatchie Branch REACH banquet there on August 9th!

Looks like an excellent place Jeff.
I am attending my first QDM meeting in April this year. I have been skeptical of QDM to be honest, but I’m giving it a chance and joining and seeing what they have to say.
I’m looking forward to it. We can’t practice all aspects of QDM on our property, but we do shoot does and let younger bucks pass.
We’re looking forward to the learning experience and meeting some new people.
